Success and Failure

Both success and failure are two sides of a coin. A coin when tossed has 50% chance that either it may show head or tail. In a similar way whatever work we take up has 50% chance that it may be successful or fail. Whatever the end result is, we must never stop trying. Just put all your efforts and wait for the result.
